The accommodation was conveniently located near the University of Wollongong, making it easy to access all the necessary facilities. It was just a short walk to the shops and train station, allowing me to easily explore the area. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with modern bedding that provided a pleasant sleeping experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their prompt assistance when I had a problem with my door keys.
The shower head in the room was not adjustable, which made it difficult for taller individuals to shower comfortably.

We stayed in a 4 person room. It was all one room so you need to like the people you are staying with! Was very clean but small. Good for a budget place though.
There was a small kitchen with kettle but no toaster!

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although a bit awkward, is high up the wall and provides a good view of the escarpment. The rooms, especially those with bunk beds for kids, have good facilities and are well cleaned. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying.
Everything was satisfactory.

Very hard to find. GPS coordinates are not correct, sent us to wrong town. Not good signage. Had to drag luggage up steep stairs.

Some of the university students were a little loud late at night

The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a good kitchenette. The location was close to the town center, within walking distance to restaurants and a 5-minute drive to the shops. We also appreciated the excellent air conditioning and the fact that everything we needed was close by.
No complaints.

Walking distance to shops and food outlets. Cheap price.
Room was not very clean - food scraps behind door and under table. Mould in shower. Front door should have a security latch or chain - was a family room and our 5yo escaped at one point. Also would have been nice to know the room had internal stairs - safety issue for young children. There was a lot of noise from other rooms - the walls seemed very thin and we could clearly hear conversations and noise from rooms next door, even zippers on suitcases being zipped up!

Closeness to shops & restaurants. Off street parking safe.
Too noisy. Young guests decided to have lond conversation @ 4am in morning. Too many guest coming & going & late hours not considerate of other guests.

the location was convenient and close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff was polite and efficient. We also enjoyed the fact that street parking was readily available, and it was free during our stay. Despite the issues, we appreciated that we were able to stay together as a family and that the rates were affordable.
The smell was a little strange, the beddings were not fresh, and the carpet was worn out. The television was difficult to watch as it was mounted too high.

Convenience of location
The noise from the occupants below and around us all night long. No respect for anybody. Room was dirty still. Pictures were not accurate online.
